I just experienced re-reading while listening to Sissy Spacek’s audio rendering of Harper Lee’s Pulitzer Prize winning masterpiece ‘To Kill A Mockingbird’. I’d read the book a long time ago but forgotten the story somewhat. The simultaneous reading/listening experience is my first – almost like a kids’ read-along. The audiobook is very well performed and makes the story even more memorable than it already is. To top it off, I watched the movie based on the novel starring Gregory Peck. This book should not be missed.
